No it just means you have a 32 day cycle. This is perfectly normal as not all women have 28 day cycles. 28 days is just the average number of days most women get it. Anything is normal so long as you get it routinely. Getting pregnant is not a problem either as after my miscarriage I wound up having two kids 103/4 months apart. I too was one whose cycles was every 32-36days so anything is possible.

No. If this has always been your cycle length and you've had REGULAR periods, then it means nothing with regard to fertility or PMS. You just need to adjust your assumptions regarding ovulation.

In a "typical" 28 day cycle, ovulation occurs on day 14 or so. With you however, it would most likely occur around day 16.
