If you are married, have great sex all the time, have an excellent relationship with your spouse, how you would feel if the woman made the first move (cowboy) after she gave you some O R A L pleasure? I didn't do the O R A L "all the way", I stopped cause I had other plans, and he was dissapointed. Now I'm pissed and I'm thinking "Fine, I'll never do it again then!"

I think both of you are looking at this the wrong way.
He should not have taken it that serious, he could have asked you if you would finish him off first (oral) and then do whatever else. Of course, it would man you would have to change plans too. But is ok to ask, otherwise you would never know.
On the other hand, you also have to stop thinking like a little girl and act more mature. You are right to be mad, but you can not go and said “fine I won’t do it again”. You should instead try to find out what is it that he likes too.
To tell you the truth, you two should have a little chat about sex, and instead of guessing what each of you like, try to talk about it and share it! You two have many things to learn from each other. And I can give you an example of how things could have been better that night:
He could have asked “please don’t stop, I love what you are doing, I want to finish if you let me this way”. Then you would have two choices: you can agree if you don’t mind or actually like for him to c u m in your mouth, or tell him “I don’t want to, I want to ride you now and give you a good show!”
Another possibility would have been for him not to say anything there, and after you are done doing your cowgirl move he could have whispered in your ear “you now made me feel like I have to c u m in your mouth, would you give it a try next time?”
I think you two just need to get to know each other better, so each of you know what you like, and what are the limitations. There is nothing wrong with making mistakes, what is wrong is not get mad for something silly. Just laugh about it, be grateful you two can have sex, and plan for another wild night next time. You can take turns too and one night you please him all the way, and another he pleases you all the way too.

I love the cowgirl!!!!! No he shouldnt be peeved. That sounds like someone who doesnt appreciate what he gets. On occasion, sure I would like oral to go to a finish, but if it doesn't then so be it. Ride em cowgirl!!
