I am a girl, and i like another girl - I swear no lebain desire - I just want to be her friend, but i am not sure if she likes me, or she feels that i'm not cool good friend.., i'm just in need of a true friend, and the time i saw her i knew she would understand me... plz help what shall i do ????

Well I think that comunication would work well for something like this. If you think that she'll understand you then take the chance & say hi. You'll never know unless you begin the friendship.
Friendship takes time to devolop. Just start being a friend towards her & see what happens.

Start being a friend to her. See if she'll exchange phone numbers with you and call her - ask her to do something with you like watch a movie or go to a party....

hang out and talk....i find out by asking grlz if they like me or they want me to leave them alone.....and b.c of that i found like my best friends...and if that dont work by her a friendship necklace,ect and see if she wears it...
