Boo Berry, of course.

He can come out in the daytime, he doesn't appear only at the full moon, and he can't be killed because he's already dead. So he could kill Chocula during the daytime while he's sleeping, kill Wolfman during the New Moon, and keep going until he'd haunted a mob into killing Frankenberry. But nobody can kill him, he can run through walls to get away, and even if his first attempts to battle the others didn't work, he could try forever without needing to feed, and without needing to have money to perpetuate his lifestyle.

Count Chocula, being a vampire, could be killed with a stake through the heart.

Frankenberry can die, he's just strong.

Boo Berry is already dead, so cannot be killed, but his strength and interaction with the physical world is unknown. We can assess that he may interact with the physical world because he is able to pour a bowl of cereal.

Wolfman is apparently a werewolf. Can be stopped with silver bullets and presumably old age.

I would have to say, given all the specs, that my money is on Boo Berry.

Now, if all the other characters turn into ghosts when they die, I believe that a ghost-wolfman would probably be the most fierce, a ghost-vampire would also be fierce, although Chocula, himself did not seem to have a fierce personality, hanging out with kids and expounding on the virtue of marshmallows - So a ghost-Count could escape by turning into a ghost-bat.

A ghost-frankenberry may be a strong ghost, but I don't think he is very smart.

My money would have to be on Boo-Berry again, ifthe fight were taking place just when the other characters died, because Boo would likely win by virtue of his long-term experience of being a ghost.

If they were all experienced ghosts, then my money would have to be on Wolfman.

Boo Berry, originally, was the ghost of Oscar the Grouch. Who was only grouchy, but over and over displayed an infectious deep-rooted gentleness. Later, the ghost inexplicably turned from blue to white!

This may be what happens to aging ghosts, I do not know, but the Hat and the bowtie reveal that the man who died to create Boo Berry was perhaps a dapper fellow (possibly an administration/office worker for some Blueberry farm.

This is why I chose a ghost-wolfman over a ghost-man.
