i have 200 valueable sport cards, live near pittsburgh and would like to sell them

You will never get your money selling them to a sports card shop. I would try to use www.craigslist.com to list them (its free) or try to sell them individually or as a group on ebay.

you should see if there is a card show around where you live and either get a booth to sell or see if you can sell to the dealers,,,, i think getting your own booth is the best way
