At the end of the top hose that goes from the radiator to the engine. It's on the engine end.

Follow your top radiator hose down to the thermostat housing, where two bolts hold the top half onto the bottom half. Remove the bolts and the thermostat will be sitting in the housing. If you aren't well versed in doing this, take the car to a radiator shop and let them do the job, as they will recondition your radiator fluid and replace the thermostat, and you will not have the mess of radiator fluid dripping down your driveway.

The hose that is on top of the radiator the on you see first cause it's up top... Go from there follow it it'll lead you to the thermostat housing and it'll be right under there...
