That depends on what kind of rides you enjoy. In Blizzard Beach, there is Summit Plummet which offers you a free-falling vertical drop at 60 mph. My husband went on that, but I was too chicken.
I love the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon. We spent hours getting slammed by monster waves that throw you back with tremendous force! Personally, I like Typhoon Lagoon better.

I love Typhoon Lagoon much better than Blizzard Beach. Typhoon Lagoon's wave pool is amazing! It's so much fun! And then they have the new Crush 'n' Gusher water coaster which is just awesome! You can take surf lessons at Typhoon Lagoon before the park opens, too. And they have Shark Reef where you can take a short swim with sharks and rays.
I didn't care for Blizzard Beach too much just because I went on a really sunny day and couldn't see anything! It was so bright out and everything's painted white, so the sunlight was reflecting off of everything. My eyes hurt so bad! I was only there for an hour or two before I had to get out of there. I'd be standing in line and wouldn't realize the person ahead of me had moved up. It was ridiculous.

I like Typhoon best myself. But it truly depends on your taste! Blizzard Beach is larger and has more slides and "thrill" type attractions. Lagoon, overall, is more laid back with the exception of the new attraction, Crush N' Gusher, which is like a roller coaster on water! Its so much fun.

Shark Reef -snorkel with fish!
Crush N' Gusher
Blizzard Beach:
Summit Plummit - one of the tallest free fall waterslides in the nation!

Also keep in mind that you can take food into these parks. They are the only Disney parks which allow this. The food isn't great at the water parks and of course, overpriced. So purchase a disposable cooler and fill it with sandwiches.

Blizzard Beach because it has Summit Plummit,wave pool & much more! I used to work @ Disney & have been to all of those parks so I know!

Not to digress from your question, but I suggest saving some money and going to a better water park, Wet N Wild. Its not in Disney, but for living in orlando for a number of years, I have experienced it all. By far, I find that this park is bigger, better, cheaper, and a lot more exciting. Think about it.

Typhoon.
The lazy river here is better than Blizzard beach and you can't beat the wave machine, very fun.

i liked blizzard beach better because of the lazy river they have. water drips on you that is ice cold! it's a great effect.
