I just went to my childbirth class this weekend and the nurse teaching the class said it is fine to take baths as long as your water has not brokern. Make sure the water is not too hot as you want to avoid overheating. The only time you can't take a bath is after your water breaks because of the risk of infection. Since you are 12 weeks you should be fine taking a bath anytime.

Hi. I grew up with very poor water pressure so I almost always take baths as an adult, out of habit. I did the same during my entire pregnancy and had a very healthy baby boy. I don't think there is any harm at all. (My doctor never mentioned this and I don't remember reading anything negative about it.)

I took baths the whole time... just not too hot! I asked my doctor and he said it was fine, just so it wasn't really hot water. Sometimes that was the only thing that could calm my nausea when I had morning sickness, so I took them frequently. You should be ok, just don't run the water too hot!

it's safe at anytime, up until your water breaks.
just make sure it's not hot, and the second that you feel a little too warm, get out.

it's okay to take baths the whole pregnancy, just not too hot, they are perfectly safe...the only restrictions are after giving birth you have to wait a couple of weeks to take a bath...go ahead, sit, soak and relax.

It's actually only healthy for pregnant woman to take baths during the early stages, week1-week10. Any time after that it is unsafe because baths and jacuzzis can cause early contractions.
