I am a dishwasher and I want to get a better job and upgrade my skills. but, dont know where to go to and what to do.. i dont have much money to go to college and also don't know what I want my career to be..I am so clueless in what i want in this world?

Talk to your manager and ask if you can be trained as a line cook or salad chef. If they are not willing to do that, get your resume together and interview in your off times. Be specific with possible employers that you are interested in doing a great job and being rewarded with advancement and training.
By the way, it's okay to be clueless. Especially if you are in your 20's. It's time to explore, and explore what is immediate. You don't have to go to college just yet or ever.
