First of all, it's really hard to tell if it is real or fake. It's easy to debug these sort of things, camera-manipulation is really easy and it can be done by anyone. I study parapsychology and i have seen my share of "ghost" videos yet haven't found one really scary. If you want to see something real and scary here's the link

The video speed changes so I'm really not convinced. The fence is also questionable because of it.The car might have been using nitrous. I have seen some weird things like this though but as I said because it's on video it could be some video special effects. He may have gone around the fence.They were also close enough to get the license plate number too.

wow.. cool.. but i think there is some fence trick that that fellow try to fool that cop or maybe the fence just drop back to the original position after the car crash on it.. well.. there always possible.. right.. i feel sorry for the cop who should drive and crash the fence.. anywhere is not a cement or brick fence.. no big deal... :P
