You will need to clear the cmos. You need to look up your motherboard schematics, and find the correct jumpers, if you update this post with the model number of your motherboard, or email it to me ill be glad to help.
To email me just click on my name, and there will be a link to email....

While your computer is off or unplugged, settings like the BIOS password are generally maintained by a little battery attached to the motherboard. Typically these are little circular batteries that look like watch batteries. Usually a combination of removing this battery, and setting a particular jumper to clear the information, is all that is required to reset the password. Check with your computer manufacturer's or motherboard manufacturer's website for specific instructions.

As an alternative, there may be a backdoor password to your BIOS that could also work. Most manufacturers maintain a backdoor password so that technicians can quickly troubleshoot problems on computers. For detailed but generic information about getting passed that pesky BIOS password, follow the supplied link.

I am guessing that this is a desktop. Unplug your computer, open the case, take out the battery. After about 2 minutes replace the battery and turn on your computer. That should clear out the password.
If not then when you have the case off, near the battery you should see a jumper that will let you clear the cmos. set the jumper like it says and turn on, then off right away and reset the jumper.

I had to do that recently.Careful there, if having multiple mounted partitions scramming the BIOS/CMOS will reset or disable access to certain data entry points. Moving or setting the jumpers is always good idea. Ground to case or get a G±strap for wrist.
You can find this data and information about some mobo's at computerhope.com
