Well, Shawshank is my all-time favorite movie, so that's always a good one. A movie I recently saw was "The Illusionist." Very good drama. It will keep you guessing till the end! (Not to mention that it stars Edward Norton, one of my favorite actors).

Well, in my opinion, Shawshank Redemption is the best movie ever made, so that would be a great choice!!

Actually, I have a specific list of my favorite movies:

1)Shawshank Redemption
2)Red Violin (Drama)
3)Pan's Labyrinth (not at Blockbuster's yet)
4)V for Vendetta
5)Gattaca (Sci-fi)

They are all great......hopefully that helps you out!

The movie "Everything is Illuminated" is an amazing movie. The first half of the movie is hilarious, but the last half is more serious and very touching. It's about a guy who goes to Ukraine to find the woman who helped his grandfather escape the holocaust.
Excellent film!

Here is a movie that is hilarious. Its called FIND ME GUILTY, Vin Diesel stars. Now if Ur a fan or not, this is still a good movie. Based on the true story of Jack DiNorscio, a mobster who defended himself in court for what would be the longest mafia trial in U.S. history. Its very funny and Vin Diesel has hair in it.
Check it out, you will not be disappointed. Hope I helped. Check out more info at IMDb, best place for info on movies.

Shawshank is great movie, I consider it my favorite, go with your gut!

Additionally, I thought Babel and A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints were good new releases.

Watch Amazing Grace and Chuck! It's not very well known, but it has Jamie Lee Curtis in it! And.... my brother in law when he was, like, 15 or something! Josh. He's the lead little boy. Oh my goodness, please see Amazing Grace and Chuck!
