The biological son of Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel is asking to have his body exhumed and moved to Texas.
If the father gets custody of Daniel's body could his father get control of estate left behind since the will as written intentionally left out future children and spouses? The father never petitioned to move Daniel’s body until now.

That man wont get anything. He hasnt been in Daniels life for many yrs. He is wasting his time, as far as Im concerned. What a joke. Hes looking for his 15 minutes of fame or some money, just like Virgie Arthur.*

Anna nicole's first husband billy wayne smith would not get any of the estate because it would all go dannielynn and since he is not the biological father of her then it's most likely that larry birkhead if proven to be the father of dannielynn (probably is) will be in control of the estate until she gets to the age that the law requires for to take it all. There could also be an outsider instead of birkhead because of conflict of interests. As for exhuming daniel's body it's highly unlikely to happen anytime soon since the bahamas have been getting a bunch of tourism increase and i also believe that daniels father has been working with virgie to get anna nicole smith back.

I had heard that also, but in the next breath I also heard the Daniel's father had not been a part of his life for many years. I think greedy Vergie is behind this so she can try to move Anna to Texas if they move Daniel. That way she can say Anna Nicole didn't get what she wanted at the end!!!! I feel her mother is trying this simply out of spite to Anna and definitely not out of love!!!! I hope neither of them gets moved. Anna's mother had no relationship with her and Daniel's father had no relationship with him!!!! They forget, the two bodies are not in the United States!!!! I hope the Bahama's defends Anna and Daniel's last rights from the gold diggers and evil souls!!! May they both RIP

You mean the biological father of Anna Nicole's son. Not the son's son. Anyway, I think Daniel's father is coming out of the woodwork because of Anna's mother. This would be a way to get Anna's body moved to Texas if Daniel's is moved there.

The father never thought about Daniel until now. He's trying to get fame and maybe some fortune. Why don't they let the dead stay dead? Let these poor people rest in peace. They've been in the news long enough.

WHY is Anna Nicole even still in the news? She made absolutely NO significant contribution to society. Forgive me for speaking ill of the dead, but she was just another money grubbing ho looking for her 15 minutes of fame. I know God loved her, as He loves us all, but there are MUCH more news-worthy topics worth our attention!!
