Hey, I'm 19 and right now I want a baby soooooooo bad, but I'm trying to finish college first, and my bf thinks thats a good idea. I'm not here to criticize because I see nothing wrong with you having a baby as long as you're prepared emotionally, maturely and financially. I think the reason you haven't gotten pregnant yet is not because you can't, it's because sometimes it actually does take a while, it's much easier to get pregnant when you know when you ovulate, and for most women it's around day 14, but each womens body is different, so find out when you ovulate by an ovulation prediction test or talk to your dr., also you can try the "temperature ovulation predictor test" which you use a thermometer and look it up to find more information on it. Don't smoke or drink, both of yau'll have to be very healthy. Try some good herbs or remedies to foritfy your reproductive system. Last but not least!!most important is to NOT STRESS! When you stress your ovaries can react to it without you knowing, so be as stress free as you can.

Well I'm not going to give you a lecture like everybody else on here. It's your decision and if you feel like you and your boyfriend are ready then go for it.
Now for your answer, it's a possibility that you are not having intercourse during your fertile phase. You need to start tracking your cycle in order to know when you ovulate. A good way is to check for slippery, stretchy mucus approximately mid cycle. The day you notice this discharge would be the best to have intercourse and the following day as well. The reason for this is because you will most likely ovulate the following day from when you notice the cervical mucus.
Be patient and you'll achieve pregnancy.

I honestly think you should wait a while before you have a baby. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but this is a big step you're taking. Are you both stable in your jobs? Are you planning on getting married? Do you have your own place? Maybe, you not getting pregnant right now is natures way of saying that you shouldn't, yet. PLEASE!!!! Think about everything that having a child involves before you try again.

not trying to pry or anything, but why are you so anxious to have a baby? your only 18. These are supposed to be the fun years. Why do you want to take on the responsibility of a baby now? you have plenty of time to think about having a family. Try marriage first, then think about a family.Dont be in such a rush.

You should both see a doctor. You may also consider this as a sign. Maybe you should take your time. You seem like you may be a bit young. Use your youth to better yourself with an education or pursue a career. There is plenty of time for children in your future.

a good mother will wait until they are of a socially acceptable age to have a child...it's impossible for an 18 year old to be prepared to have a baby, even if you were a millionare and married and exordinatirly mature. Your brain alone doesn't stop developing until you are 25....
YOUR BABY DESERVES A THE BEST MOTHER - be a good mother and wait.

it might not be your time, as you are both very young
try getting married & going to college first.
and there's no reason to think there's fertility problems until you've been trying at least a year.
