true 50/50 parenting is harder on the child. They will spend half of their school week with one parent and the other half with the other. A project mom starts with them on monday will have to be finished by dad before school on friday. Its unfair. Kids need stability and consistancy. If you persue this they will resent you. Talk to the children and see what is best for their lives. What school do they go to, which parent lives in that school district. Many things should be considered before worrying about which parent gets more time with them. They are people too and if both parents are equally good then they wouldnt mind compromising and doing what is best for the children.

dont see why not if you both agree to it i know you both can get joint custody tho good luck hope its not in huntingdon co

vary slim but possible....the courts are usually siding with the mother unless she is a real ditz.......
