Yeah, Joe bashed her over the head with a frying pan (to cut a long story short!)

Long Holiday she died a while back
her and Sonia had a fight Sonia slapped her, Rebbecca seen this
at the funeral she tried to hide it but Rebbecca told Dot and Dot phoned the Police, Sonia took in for questioning, then she tried to do a runner with Rebbecca with help from Phil
martin Kidnapped Ben so Phil would tell him where Rebbecca was
Then Joe shows up somehow Dot knows its him who Killed Pauline, he tries to shut her up, Jim comes in the room and Joe is thrown by accident out the window after confessing he killed Pauline

Yes her husband Joe killed her on xmas day he hit her on the head with a frying pan.
She died near to Arthurs bench with her dog Betty by her side.
Sonia was in the frame as Rebecca had seen her hit her across the face but no body knew about Joe being back.
Joe is now dead he fell through a window after confessing to Dot.
Sonia Martin and Rebecca have all left now, not sure if they all went together though.

yes she dies when she hit over the head with a frying pan by joe mace her husband, it then caused a hermage in which she diesd. hope this helps

I bet everyone on the set of eastenders hates christmas, because a character will die, therfore someone will be losing their acting job!!

yeah she died because sonia slapped her across the face and she had a heart attack by the vic on arthurs bench!!!! (near the big xmas tree) go on

Yes she is,not sorry she's out of it..From what i've read Wendy Richard asked to leave because she disliked where her character was leading...
