How do you add mp3 files to blog/blogger?

Question

Not music to play in the background, but somewhere friends can right click on a file and "save target as" onto their computer, like this: http://sillypipedreams.blogspot.com/2007/02/tunerrific-tuesday_27.html (scroll down).

I have a blog on blogger - not sure if the type of blog makes a difference?

Download my Music! - Right click and save Target as.
