Give more details where do you live? Some Lions Clubs have housing units Also legions churches . In Canada naitive Indians,In BC affordab le Housing BC housing . co op housing.. expect to go on a list..

go to the USDA Rural Housing at your Local USDA Office. They have loans for people who have children and they go by your income! That's how I bought my house 5 years ago....
