when he was little he was darker, why was this?

My husband and I thought the same thing. He's parents were hispanic, but he didn't look hispanic.

Hurley's skin is starting to disentigrate due to the change of temperature on the island, soon he will have none and all that will be visible will be his muscles.

They're filming in Hawaii so he's probably getting a tan, and they were probably trying to make him look a little more Hispanic.

he might get darker cause they shoot lost in the sun ...
