Hi this is the same with every Job. The thing is I want to know how they know that a person cant do the job who hasnt got experiacance. For example everyone who goes into a new job has to be shown what to do, and all companys have different procedures and nno job is the same. So even if the person has experiance then it doesnt mean to say that they will be able to do the job. Yet if you get an inexperianced person and they come in to the company from scratch and get shown everything from the start then this is all the company needs, as its the same as being expericance i think as being inexperianced.

The most likely want people with more skills than experiance for example in sales if you have the gift of the gab then you have loads of experiace in selling products but if you dont and you just have the qualification then you still struggle as you still havent many skills as the other person with the gift of the gab.

I would stay away from recruitment agencies if you want to gain some experiance and try and find a training group that will help you gain experiance so they at least you will have the confidence that you know what the job entails. People at these centre will help you train to whatever career you want. Yes its not much money for all you hours but its better than no job at all and if you not happy where you are or people are treating you badly, The training company will move you to some where you will like.
All the best, you will get there in the end,

What color is the sky in your world?

Why would you want to pass up the best person for the job when hiring?

I know there are sometimes that a company will choose to do that but for the most part companies want a person who can do the job they are hired for with little or no problems. If you get the person who is best suited for the job then you have a better chance of that happening.

Think of it this way, lets say that a Mission Impossible team is put together with not the best people but instead the most mediocre people available, then you are going to have a bloodbath on your hands. There is a reason why you want the best people on your team.

Because they also have a share in the first salary that the company gives when a person is recruited. a person with higher experience and skills will have better chances to be recruited than others.

because they work on commission and the only way they'll get the their commission is if their candidates get the job.

they are also working on behalf of a client who has specific requirements and the recruiter needs to match those skills and canidate correctly.

to be honest agencies can be a pain and waste of time getting you in to register and not finding you a job just so they can make their targets for the week or month.

apply to companies that you want to work for directly, use the agency's client list they often publish them on their site and contact them direct.

try and cut agencies out as mich as possible as they can be a pain. i only really recommed: hays.

Because that is the way it is in the job market. Even staffing agencies don't want to send anyone who walks in the door with no experience.Clients want temps to have experience too. I have 6 months of experience and registered with numerous temp agencies to find work, but none of them have been calling me except one. So it is tough, good luck to you.

Because then they get the best person for the job and hopefully they will be hired and then the agency makes lots of money.
