The process is going to be a long one that is watched by countless people, both here in the US -AND- overseas (aka... the terrorists). As for who I am voting for... the candidate who will keep me safe on American soil will get my vote. The terrorists have made their agenda known... death to Americans. I want a President that will let them know (in words AND in deeds) "it ain't gonna happen". What good are a balanced budget, welfare reform, and reducing global warming, when terrorists have poisoned our drinking water and are bombing our buildings???
I'm leaning towards McCain.

More than likely I will be voting for Hillary Clinton. I feel sorry for her and whatever Democrat comes to power, because they will have to clean up this idiot cowboys mess. Oh yea and get a really good PR firm because in case you havent noticed lately the rest of the world HATES America.

The elections (in America) are 20 MONTHS AWAY!
I wouldn't exactly call that "upcoming"! Between now and then, brace yourself! All of the taudry details of everyone's lives are going to come out, and you have to decide which ones are true and which ones have been embellished.
I always make my decision within a few months of the general elections. It's a waste of time to make a decision now.

I won't say whom I am going to vote for, since as of now, I do not know. I do not belong to one specific political party. I will watch all the debats, all the speeches, and then I will decide. I think it is excellent their is a variety this year to really chose from. I just hope America votes wisely.

Heck yeah.
It's tough to know who will win the primaries though. Things are starting so early. I hate to get attached to a candidate and then see them drop out. I'm saving my energy for next year.
It will be good to see though. We've got a lot of tough choices to make: McCain, Guiliani, Romney, who knows, even Bloomberg is thinking about it. Exciting!

1 - Yup, so excited I can hardly stand it!
2 - The Republican candidate, unless the Democrats wake up (not likely!) and nominate Joe Lieberman.
