I do not feel enriched in the least.I believe that multiculturalism in Britain today has already been proven to create separatism, segregation and racism...just look in the papers....it always seems to cause other cultures to become the priority and our home culture to take a back seat, and be degraded for being British... The British people's own culture today is made up of many colours and the culture issue is NOT a skin colour issue...or it shouldn't be, it is about how we live, our customs, morals and yes history and religion does play a part....all of this is being washed away under cover of multiculturalism by a bunch of politically correct politicians who rather than doing good are actually squeezing the British out of Britain. I am happy to visit abroad and learn about other cultures, or speak to immigrants about the culture they left behind but when people emigrate to the UK they should be integrated into our culture.

I think multi-culturalism has been good in the UK.
The UK has been multi-cultural for over 50 years, there have been few minor problems like integration and questioning over religious beliefs and practices, but this happens all over Cosmopolitan societies.
I think we're ahead of America when it comes to attitudes towards different ethncities, the US in it's first years as mulit-cultural was not as tolerant as the UK is in it's first years. And therefore I think ( without making a pejorative generalisation) America is more racist than the UK as a society.
Multi-culturalism does not mean different ethnicities living in their own self-contained way, rather that they can retain their own traditions and at the same time interact with others.
Brits are nice, fair and tolerant. Let's keep it that way.

the actuality of the difficulty is that Sanjaya replaced into no longer a solid singer in any factors. Even his suitable overall performance, Besame Mucho, did no longer evaluate to countless the frontrunner's worst performances. i think of the judges thoguht he did need to make the precise 24, yet that replaced into as a results of fact there have been worse singers, plus he did ok in the time of his auditions. yet beginning together with his weird and wonderful overall performance during the 2d week of the semifinals, the Sanjaya contreversy started out. This replaced into the comparable week that he stayed over AJ Tabaldo, who replaced into between the suitable men on the instruct. the comparable subject befell the subsequent week with Sundance. in actuality, he replaced into the single on the hook with the guy being voted off for the 1st 4 weeks of the stay instruct. (With Rudy, with AJ, with Sundance, and with Brandon, all of them leaving with Sanjaya secure.) After he replaced into interior the backside 2 the precise 12 week, Vote For the Worst had extensive fulfillment, and he replaced into no longer interior the backside for many weeks, that's while he went abode. The week he went abode, i don't understand how he did. it could have been that u.s. have been given ill of him. VFTW could have been slacking. that's achievable that he did no longer get the backside votes, yet American Idol replaced the outcomes (whether I doubt it.) I additionally heard that u . s . a . followers do in contrast to that music he sang. i don't understand if Idol will regain its followers' have faith. possibly the persons who did no longer like Sanjaya will say that provided that he finally have been given despatched abode, they'll have faith Idol back. Or they could say that he replaced into on for too long, and that they'll now no longer have faith the instruct. the people who did like Sanjaya could say that provided that he had one in all those long-term they'll have faith Idol. Or they could say that provided that they could have ditched their regulations as properly Sanjaya, they gained't have faith Idol. standard, that's a super question, and the respond is it relies upon on the guy.

I like it, very much, but I think it's going too fast! We are being forced to change, whereas we should change when WE want, select what changes WE personally want, and do it in our OWN time. Multiculturalism should NOT mean us giving up traditions and practises WE like and want to keep! At the moment its kind of a one way street. We are being compelled to accept other cultures and traditions, and sideline or do away with our own!
Have your own religious festivals, and feel free do do your own thing, but let us get on with ours too.

some good things have come out of it but the bad out weigh the good.
we have sold out our own culture to make immigrants feel welcome.
we literally allow them to get away with murder.
it now seems to be OK to be racist to white Christian people but not to black or Asian or those of the muslim faith.
