I'm sure it has rained almost every year in Antarctica. The extreme northern Peninsula, near Tierra del Fuego can be wet in summer. Temperatures need to be above 0 degrees Celsius in order for rain, and temperatures as high as +15 degrees Celsius have been recorded in Antarctia during the summer months.

It rains every year in Antarctica. The coast and the peninsula get well above 0°C in the summer - that's why the ice melts. If temperatures are above freezing, precipitation will be liquid rather than solid.
