What's your question? Are you asking if you should be a part of the "threesome?" You are seperated because your husband likes his secretary, but he wants a threesome. Let him have his "threesome" but not with you. He wants a wife & a girlfriend, & that's not how it goes. It's time for you to stop seeing your husband, unless you work together, & file for a divorce.

i agree with pepperkittyn, there's no room, in a relationship for a third person. you should find you someone else who respects a relationship. things like that just creates more problems, in a marriage, in the long run.

Find yourself a good divorce lawyer. In a good relationship, in my opinion, there's NO room for a third person.
