My friends are going to an of montreal concert and i am tagging along. I just asked what to wear and he told me to dress like an emo kid from the north.... lol, i am from texas, i wear tight jeans and t-shirts. Any advice will help

tight dark jeans, with a studded belt, a t-shirt (something funny, a band, or something with guitars or skulls on it.).

but seriuosly, you could get away with wearing hollister/abercrombie as long as you wore a lot of eyeliner.
don't wear all black, emos are different from goths.
i've actually been to a lot of emo concerts.

Don't worry about it!!! haha, I live in the north, and my girlfriends and I really like going to shows, but I am in no way emo! my hair is blonde and I have sort of a modern bohemia look thing going on. You can wear whatever you want, I've gone to shows in my aeropostale sweats! As long as you don't have a rich kid attitude, you'll be fine.

stick wit the tight jeans wear a shirt that says something or has a stupid logo like friends or enemies.com and then get the emo haircut one side of hair longer than the other make the back short wear black eyeliner and maybe a little bit of blcak eyeshadow

Tee shirt and jeans would be fine. Don't worry about changing yourself too much to fit in. If in doubt just wear a black tee shirt and look moody and depressed. :-p
