I included meta tags, I registered in google, but www.site4executive.com does not apper in the searchs.

I have a website that took almost 1 year to get on the first page of the rankings. Google really doesn't provide a way to get you to the top any faster than normal. If you have good meta words and proper links in your site, you will get there eventually. For me, I was at the top of MSN and Yahoo in just a few months but Google took much longer. If you have web stats you can see the crawlers hitting your site from time to time. Be patient.

Fill in your meta title and description field, add alt tags to your images, use CSS instead of FONT tags and have other web sites link to your site.

Did you try using Google Sitemaps and Webmaster Tools? That will help you get listed. There are also lots of free SEO tools on the internet. (Search Engine Optamization)

It will take a few weeks for your site to appear. Maybe a few weeks for the Spiders or webcrawlers to hit your site.
Also try Google adwords... if you are interested in pay-per-click advertising.. This is very affordable, and can drive extra traffic to your site.
