Somebody always dies in abortion.

You can always have a "botched" job. Which means that they improperly performed the abortion. This could mean many things from not being able to ever have kids all the way to dying. I mean you can hemorrage and bleed out. You can get an infection from not going to someone with clean equipment. There can be alot of things. I am not a big fan of abortion unless you have been raped or it would be best for the mother/baby I mean if you or the baby's life is at risk than I do agree with it.

Infection, severe blood loss/ hemmorage, or problems with anesthesia are the first things that come to mind. Either is possible in any type of surgery, be it an abortion or a gall bladder removal. Any time there's surgery, there's potential for death.

"The leading causes of abortion related maternal deaths within a week of the surgery are hemorrhage, infection, embolism, anesthesia, and undiagnosed ectopic pregnancies."
