I have 3 old stamps I'm trying to find price values for, for my dad. One is a Eugene O' Neil playwright stamp and the other two are USA 22 cent stamps with a shell on them and have Frilled Dogwinkle on the bottem.

If these are unused, they are worth the amount printed on the face of the stamp if you use them for postage. If they are used, they are worth a couple of cents. These are common stamps, and the supply exceeds the demand. Sorry to rain on your parade.

I collect stamps also. try stamps.org. They can lead you to the right place. Or try e-bay. They might be selling the same stamp and you would get an price match.
