I'm 13 and i think it is soooooooo annoying that people who are under 18 can to practically NOTHING.no driving no drinking no smoking no discos or nightclubs no guys(or girls) no parties no late nights(e.g 2am) living with parents.........etc....
How annoying is this?????All over 18 it's much better innit????

So far, everyone is pretty much saying that the best time of your life is while your young. Well, maybe it would be more fun, but we can't enjoy it.
Because PARENTS don't let us. they want to 'protect' us with their rules, but what is the point of not letting us watch certain movies, or not letting us do our hair a certain way, or not listen to certain music. What's in the movies we're gonna find out about eventually. The hair...we need to learn from our mistakes. The music...We should be able to listen to what we want. They expect us to be perfect saints, so they make up all these rules. No driving. Do you know how many times that rule is broken? Most of the time we break the rules, we do it because they told us not to, so we do it anyway because they make us SO mad. Being 18 is gonna be so much fun, because no more adults telling us what to do. No more "go to bed!"s or "clean your room!" Why do we need to clean our rooms? It's MY room, and I can find everything fine right now.
Being 18 will be SOOOOOOO much better.

you wait til you're 18 - you'll appreciate your life as a 13 year old. No responsibilities, no money worries, no relationship worries, no 9 to 5 job that you hate...
Drinking isn't all it's cracked up to be, by the time you're 25 you will have lost interest in it or more likely not be able to afford a night out, and why the hell would you want to start smoking? the vast majority of smokers are desperate to give up
You may feel like its great to be an adult, but you'll soon realise there are different problems and stresses once you grow up
Enjoy your childhood - you only get one!!

At 13 you should be able to get a work permit. Find out how much fun it is to go to work everyday, have to take crap from your boss, get underpaid, be overworked. See how much fun it is to do all of that, then have to pay your rent, actually buy and cook your own food, buy your own clothes and shoes, pay your own medical bills, get a car, pay for insurance, licenses, plates, city stickers, maintenance.
Yeah its a blast being over 18. There are days when I wish I could crawl back in the womb and hibernate.
Enjoy being 13, you have no idea how much life can truly suck yet.

So young! So Nieve! life is great but after 18 there is no child labor laws and responsibility can, if you let it, really suck and no parents to bail you out. No more juvinile court it is all hard time .
Unless of course you learn what you can from your good parents and stay alive following some of those boring rules long enough to become a fun loving and well adjusted 18 year old.

Don't be in such a hurry to grow up. This is the best time of your life. Get a ilttle creative and enjoy the simple things. Yeah we adults can drink & party but so what? We have to get up every morning, go to work, worry about bills, job, career, school, kids, in-laws and all other sorts of crap. You'll spend most of your life as an adult. Enjoy your teens cause it will be over before you know it. Good luck!

Yeah if you call over 18teens better then take it from me I'm 26 and wished that I could be 13teen all over again because when you are at school you have no worries - except homework - Trust me my liefs is sooooooooooooooooooooo complicated I have to get up for work everyday do posters and stuff for friends in my spare time - I work 35 hours per week could be more as I have another job as well - I go out with friends until the early hours of the morning then have to get up for work my fault I know but when I do get to work I'm tired all day and grumpy. Don't be in a hurry to grow up so quick make the most of it there will be plenty of time to be adult when your over 18teen.

Well, i tell you what....
You can get up every morning, get the kids ready for school, sit in traffic to take them to school, go to work for 8 hours, sit in traffic to get the kids from daycare (which you have to pay for), go home, do homework, while cooking dinner....then get the kids in the tub, ready for bed, in bed, then find time to do the laundry, and clean your house....all why trying to find time to make enough money to pay for the car, clothes, house, electricity, water, food, cable/internet, phone, daycare, gas, beer, cigerettes, all the money to pay at the club....all without mommy and daddies help....
When you grow up, and pay for all those things, and the taxes that come along with those things (which house the criminals that do stupid things such as DUI and underage drinking) then you can do the 'GROWN UP ' things you mentioned.
Ps, if you were my kid and I caught you drinking or smoking at 13, I would whip your ***!!!

When you're 13 you imagine grown up life to be exactly like yours is now only you can do anything you want. Wrong! Your life becomes more restricted not less and even though you don't think your life is carefree now it really, really is.

At 13 you can eat for free, live in a house for free, get your clothes and stuff bought for you. Get given money, for nothing much except being there!, hang around with friends etc. No bills, no worries!! Enjoy it.

hi kid! ! actually u dont knw mousey, that being 18 or above means to carry loads of responsibelities over to overselves.. drinking , smoking or parting whole day or night dosent mean a world.. world revolves arround our experience n too much of anything is bad.. so doing any of the thing for a long time would tire u...u would crave for more of new things in life every time u get wat u want.. so control ur cravings from the begining..its ur age , its good age.. n more of be proud of what u do n what u get..
