I'm 1.5 month along and just had a really bad pain in my back, around where the kidneys are. What do you think is it? Cramps or I'm having a miscarriage??

Women during pregnancy are prone to Urinary Tract Infections. Because the body is working over time to support the baby, sometimes it neglects the mother's needs.
It is always a good idea when you have any abnormal pain to seek medical treatment immediately. It could be as simple as a kidney infection, but could be serious. I would call or go see your doctor as soon as you can.

I don't think it is a miscarriage it may just be they way you sit or sleep and as long as you are not spotting you should be fine. Although, if the pain continues or worsens you may need to see a doctor.

could be anything please head to an er for tests. could be a kidney infection. miscarriage lots of things pain is also normal in pregnancy

that is a tough one! you could have kidney infection or that could be a sign of MC. see your doctor either way! or go to the nearest emergency room to be evaluated.
