YES, IF HE IS NOT A "NIGERIAN SCAMMER" ..THERE IS MALES AND FEMALES FROM NIGERIA AND /OR NIGERIAN AND LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE ALL OVER ..THESE PEOPLE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED SO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHO HE IS BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING
