You can always have them resend you the password, or answer the security questions you set up when you made your password. Email customer service for wherever it is you lost your password!

What did you lose your password to? Some places require that you have at least one number so try to think about that. Almost always have the same password unless people hack you a lot. You should make it difficult for anyone besides you to figure out and remember. Try clicking on the pop up that says "Forgot your password?" Answer the questions exactly how you made your account in the first place. If you someone has hacked you and changed your password, then you can file a complaint to the site saying that you were hacked. I'm sorry you can't remember your password. Good luck getting it back!

try to use always the same password everywhere(or have 2),just change user name
there is always a help window that explains how to proceed
