Yeah its called SKYPE its free and you can call anyones computer who also has this program installed.

Additional information:
Azza is wrong but also correct you do have to buy credits if you wish to phone landline phones but if you are just calling PC-to-PC it is totally free i use the program every day and have never paid a penny

dlh505 that is wrong they say its free for the software yes but you have to buy credit.
