No, it's NOT a surprise because the paternity hearing isn't scheduled for another 2 weeks. Once that begins, then yes, it will be all over the news.

One of the last words was Howard K. Stern and his lawyers are negotiating with Larry Birkhead and his lawyers for a "settlement" over Dannielynn. It's speculated that Howard K. Stern will still control Dannielynn's trust fund, while Larry Birkhead will gain custody of the baby. Paternity has still not been formally announced, but Howard won't release the baby's DNA for testing unless he is compelled to by The Bahamas' court.

There has but there hasn't been much! Check out this weeks In touch magazine there was 3 or 4 pages on Danneilynn! They are saying that Larry Maybe the father do to a dna sample off a cup!

Answer is - no, I didn't notice, because I think it's ridiculous to pay ANY attention to Anna Nicole and whaterver were her circumstances. May she rest in peace, but she was just a stripper.

I thought that Larry Birkhard brought it up but the matter was dismissed by the judge since he didn't have the jurisdiction to deal with it.
