it's called My Wish. it's a country song i'm not too sure who sings it. My condolences for the one you lost.

its by Rascal Flatts. The chorus is something like: my wish for you is that life becomes all that you want it to. Your dreams stay big and your worries stay small. You never need to carry more than you can hold. And while you're out there getting where you're going to I hope you know somebody loves you and wants the same things too. Yeah this is my wish .
If you don't care for Rascal Flatts you may be able to find a different version.

That is a sad question, but if I had to chose one for my own children to hear in the event of my passing it would probably be "The Wind Beneath My Wings" by Bette Midler from the Beaches soundtrack. It is a beautiful song. It describes the unconditional love for one another like no other song can. Sorry for yours and the children's loss. My thoughts are with you.
