You are hooked on the adrenaline of the relationship. I recommend that the next time he makes you feel really bad, stop and say to your self - "I will never forget how I am feeling right now, how much pain, hate, self loathing, fear, etc. I feel right now. " Stamp that emotional memory into your brain, then run for dear life. Anytime you are tempted to go back, stop and remember that terrible moment and ask yourself if that is what you really want. You will find another who can make you smile. Even being alone is better than that pain.

One who is Bad for me and causes pain to me ? hmmmmmmm, I love her in return because only she is the one who can make me smile.
Definitely I would get back to her because my I cant imagine my dear life without my dear

Run..as far away as possible...somone else will make me smile..eventually..and when I'm ready to let someone else have the chance...
