Beeper is on showing oven temp is preheated. I can't turn the beeper off either. Only controls other than temp controls are "Timer" and "Clock". What the heck is the F2 showing on the display? Rotating the temp dial does nothing.

"F2" is an error code. If unplugging the appliance for a couple minutes doesn't reset it, you either need to call for service or replace it.
