I m facing problem of rapid hair growth on face specially upperlips and the area around lips also discolour darker than rest face.

Hot wax I find, works the best for the thin fine hairs.

Cold, not so much. They don't grip on the hairs.
Try bleaching your face hair instead. Might work out better if you have light skin.

If you're a female, you don't want to use wax to remove facial hair. That would make it grow back in darker and more coarse, giving you even more problems. I've heard that there are hair minimizers (a facial lotion) that can make hair appear less coarse. Also, you can tweeze the hair, which unfortunately would do the same thing as waxing. You can get electrolysis, which can be expensive, but some treatments are permanent, and the hair doesn't always grow back. Most gals just use the tweezers and put up with yanking the hairs out every week or so. It's cheaper and more private. <*)))><
