I can't list the names for you but can suggest some sources to help yourself:

1. Registrar of Comapnies Offices across India - for companies under liquidation / winding-up

2. BIFR offices

3. Various Banks/lending institutions having funded the projects and loans/advances are re-called now.

4. Factor services companies - have details of quite a good number of failed projects.

5. Trade / Industry Associations, Chambers of Commerce etc.
