a)CuCl2 because it is a salt and salts tend to dissolve in water.
CuCl2--> Cu^+2 + 2Cl^-1

CuCl2 is highly soluble in water

CH3CH2CH3 is propane and is not soluble

CS2 (Carbon disulfide) is not very soluble (0.2 g/ 100 mL H2O)

Cr is a metal - insoluble

CH3CN is miscible, due to the small size of the molecule and the relatively large dipole moment at the nitrile group.
