When I'm surfing on the internet my computer will kick me off. Then I have to log back on. What could it be? Another problem I have is that when I try to log off it gets to a blue screen. On it it says, "Window Protection. You need to restart your computer. System halted.". My system locks up on me then.

Check with your internet provider and see if they provide antivirus software, many now provide a whole suite of software to protect your computer for free! It sounds like your infected with a virus.....

Sounds like corrupt drivers to me. The issue is I have no clue with what hardware. You may want to do a full reinstall (don't forget to back up your data)
