i am 23, but my voice is very child like and very thin. how can i make my voice little more thicker and heavy.

im not really sure how to get a thicker or heavier voice. its like like working out and then ur body changes.
im not a big guy by any means but ive been told that my voice is pretty deep but at times when i get excited it can get a bit high pitched. so sometimes excitement can influence ur sound.
if i was to give u advice, when u speak, talk slower and with a bit more authority...there also should be some voice exercises u can do. it may or may not work for the time being.
if u can't get ur voice deeper naturally....hell, fake it.

The old blues singers used to say that the kind of voice you seem to be talking about was created over years of whisky and smoking!!! Don't think you should go along that route though. There are probably vocal exercises you can do but you'd need a speech therapist for that. It'll deepen and fill out over time.

By practising on Harmonium in " kharaj ", regularly every morning on empty stomach, you can develop a heavier base in your voice..Also please try to hum, sing and rehearse velvety Jagjit Sahib's ghazals...

I have never heard of a voice being "thick".

eat lots of sandpaper or gravel.
