all of a sudden my 550 aprilaire started saturating the inside of my furnace. Can you help me?

Can't be sure since I can't see it but I would suggest checking the mechanism that shuts off the water to the unit. It sounds like it is not stopping the water from flowing in when the unit is satisfied. This causes the pan to overfill and throw water into the furnace.
