Because Jay Leno has to try and make fun of every person he can, even if it's his music man. He's always clowning on his guests, and his audience members. I bet it's bull though, and Kevin ain't really a virgin. Conan is always calling his band member La Bamba gay, and he's actually married with children. I'll bet he ain't really a virgin. Jay just has exagerate the idea that Kevin never scores.
