Andrew K, what do you mean that his pitching is a little weak??? This is the BEST team I've seen all season, GREAT job!!! The only thing I can think of is possibly sitting Broxton and putting in Pettitte or Mussina until he becomes the closer, which will happen sometime this season. I also might trade Mussina/Pettitte for a top-notch catcher because of the depth you have at pitcher. Other than that, I don't know if I could get a better team in a 2 team draft. GREAT JOB!!!

Not Bad, but it is an eight team league. Considering that, you should make a few changes. First your hitting. In a h2h league you don't need a second catcher, one will be available if you have an injury. Most weeks there won't be the opportunity to get much from your bench guys due to off days either. So drop Martin. You have too many first basemen. Nomar may have trade value that exceeeds his actual production so trade him for a young pitcher. Depending on your opponents knowledge level you might get a solid starter like an erik Bedard. People will be impressed by Wangs win totals and Pettite's overall stats from last year. Pettite goes from the NL to the AL East. His ERA & Whip will go up his K totals down. Wang is another Buehrle or Garland. If he's not as effective as last year in ERA & WHIP, he'll kill you in three categories just to get you wins. His WHIP in fact was a bit high last year a good sign he was lucky. Compare him and David Bush for instance. Except for wins Bush is a better pitcher. Trade both if you can. You might persuade someone to give you a pitcher like Harang, or someone of that level. When you drop Martin, look at Scott Olsen. Broxton could be dropped unless your league counts holds. Your other SP aren't bad but you only have five total.

Not too shabby! You have a solid lineup. Vlad is almost guaranteed to do well, but not as well as his peak seasons with 40-40. Scott Rolen is a solid third baseman and very reliable as a hitter and also, you won't have to worry about him making too many errors. Carl Crawford is a speed demon and will get you plenty of SBs. As for pitchers, you have a great closer K-Rod and your second closer Jones has always been underrated in my opinion and will do well this year. Your starters are great and Bobby Jenks is solid.

Only suggestion I have would be to maybe try and make a trade to get a power hitter like David Ortiz

Your pitching seems a little weak. I would trade one of your 1B for a 2nd teir SP or RP.

This is an 8 team league. His best, most consistant closer is Todd Jones, that is weak. What starting pitcher on this roster is not injury prone or over 35 years old besides Wong?

I think whom ever you are playing with are idiots if they let you draft this team. Lets see here Crawford and Reyes sure bet first rounders, Guerrero a second rounder. Halladay,Jenks, K Rod, no way you would have gotten that good of a team in my league.
