Then suddenly energy seemed to be sucked out of me. It was like fighting death and it seemed so real. As if it were happening in real life, that time i somehow knew it was a dream but I was really suffering so I struggled to open my eyes, I suceeded and I woke up. i was crying, strangely the dogs outside are howling..

Dogs howling are taken as a bad omen in some cultures. (I live in the Philippines, some people get really shaken when that happens here). I think that is probably just a spooky coincidence in your case.
It sounds like you have an issue in your life where someone you know or care about needs help that you can't provide, though you desperately want to. Your dream is just your mind's way of giving those upsetting thoughts you have a visualization.
You probably should talk to a counselor about this, perhaps your school has one. It is not healthy to have too many scary dreams.

This is all i can help with. Maybe you can look up some more things to help you out better.

To see a truck in your dream, implies that you are overworked. You may be taking on too many tasks and responsibilities and are weighing you down.

To dream that you are in school, signifies feelings of inadequacy and childhood insecurities that have never been resolved. It may relate to anxieties about performance and abilities. You may also be going through a "spiritual learning" experience. If you are still in school and dream about school, then it will naturally serve as a backdrop to your dream world. Alternatively, a dream that takes place in school may be a metaphor for the lessons that you are learning from your waking life.

To dream about the death of a loved one, suggests that you are lacking a certain aspect or quality that the loved one embodies. Ask yourself what makes this person special or what do you like about him. It is that very quality that you are lacking in your own relationship or circumstances. Alternatively, it indicates that whatever that person represents has no part in your own life.

To dream of your own death, indicates a transitional phase in your life. You are becoming more enlightened or spiritual. Alternatively, you are trying desperately to escape the demands of your daily life.

To dream that you are weak, refers to your feelings of inadequacy. You need to be more firm and forceful. Stand up for yourself.

Dreams are your brain's way of organizing thoughts and memories. Sometimes it incorporates things that have happened recently so it seems to make sense or be more real. Sometimes they make no sense at all. Dreams aren't something to take seriously. It means nothing.
