That would seem to work better than the present system , which it seems like it only takes one person to complain and you are yanked off.
I have asked and answered many questions that have seemed OK to me , but have been deemed as inappropriate , or whatever to get them pulled off.
I think maybe 3 complaints from unique IP addresses would work.

What's with all the violation questions today? YA must have handed out a BUNCH of them, lol. I think a person should have one account and that's it.
