Well there are no metaphysical store in Cleveland but there are some in the suburbs. In Lakewood there is Star Spectrum 14203 Madison Ave across from Lakewood High. Goddess Blessed is 15729 Madison avenue. There used to Mystic Goddess or Mystic ways just past Warren Rd on Madison Avenue. I did not like what they had so I only went one time. Ancient ways used to be in Lakewood but moved to Parma 12800 Brookpark Rd. These are all west of Cleveland.
If you a looking to go east of Cleveland you have Heavenly Hardware at 4448 Warner Rd. And Spirit Apothecary at 664 Broadway Ave , Bedford. Goddess Blessed actually gets their herbs from Spirit Apothecary.
And a few others I can't remember the names right now. We used to have botanicas in the city but they are closed down.
I lived on the west side of Cleveland so I always traveled to Lakewood. You still will not find a really good selection of items in just one store.
I can tell you that if you willing. I live near Akron now. There is a store here called Any Witch Way that I go to. It has the biggest selection of herbs I have ever seen. They also mix oils right there for you. The address for this one is 210 E. Cuyahoga Falls Ave. Akron.

The Grog Shop is a cool place that Goth people hang out. Its a bar/concert club, but I think they sell merchandise too. It is on Coventry Rd in Cleveland Hts. There are also a few other shops on this street that appeal to that crowd.

There should be several metaphusical/new age stores in Cleveland.
