These men come to mind. Keep in mind all these wrestlers are in their prime
Scott Stiener could break out of the Master Lock and break Master's arms at the same time. Look at the genetic freak Stiener and tell me he couldn't do it.
Kurt Angle is another person who could do it with his technical ability. Kurt has been in tougher holds.
Hulk Hogan bodyslamed Andre the Giant so that is a no brainer.
Andre the Giant - the man is huge
The Undertaker - Undertaker would keep rising up and Chris Masters would get tired applying the hold.

Until he applys the Master Lock on a REAL wrestler and without INTERFERENCE. It'll be broken by lots of people like: Cena, Batista, Undertaker, Benoit, The Great Khali, (if he was able to get around those huge arms) and etc.

I thought khali already broke it. Chris Masters could not get his hands around the man's neck, isn't that the same as breaking it. Well, considering if it were wrestlers Master's own size, I think Hulk Hogan could break it, or definitely Triple H when he comes back.

Technically since Chris Masters never got his arms around people such as Khali and Big Show, it didn't even count. I think when Triple H comes back, he could probably break it.
