I'm looking for knee-length or longer, bright colors (I especially want one in sky/royal blue, kind of like the windows XP theme blue), preferably casual fabric so I could wear with t-shirts and other casual tops.
I really like free-hip, full skirts -- nothing too clingy (i.e, pencil skirts). Circle skirts are awesome. Tiered, gypsy/hobo/homeless person skirts aren't really my style, although I could make exceptions :)

Go to the mall. Fashion Show if you have a lot of money, Meadows or Boulevard if you're not so rich. The department stores have a lot to choose from, or a smaller store mind have something waiting especially for you. Ceasar's Palace if you're rollin' in the dough..
